After having trouble finding hats for my very sunburn prone son I started making my own lined cotton hats. One side showcases our designer cotton while the interior is lined with a solid cotton fabric. The extra layer of high thread count fabric helps protect children from harmful UVB and UVA rays, while also making a bold fashion statement. Statement not included.
